  The ultimate public park with amazing public pools to enjoy for free with all of the family. The South banks are a fantastic location with a superb panorama of the city skyline as backdrop. The pools are really nice with sand beaches and awesome aqua park for kids to play. Facilities are clean and well organized. A multiple selection of bars and restaurants as well as shops of all kind are located in the immediate surroundings completing the amazing picture of this unforgettable place. Definitely a "must visit" place if you are travelling to Brisbane!

  Great area, plenty of nice eateries, a variety of flavours from various places. Several bars, pop up markets, often live music. Yet to enjoy the swimming but looks great. Often very crowded however particularly on weekends. Cinema is very reasonably priced even the snacks!
  Regular ferries from 3 different jetties (serving the different services) mix of free and paid services.
  Plenty of lounging area, be it grass, sand, benches or concrete ledges. Also plenty of parkland to wander through as well as the street cafes etc.
